I am 140 pounds , i do push ups for my chest excercise. I do 200 deep slow push ups a night in 25 reps per set. Im sure im over working them but its the only way i feel my chest pumped up if i do that many, I do this chest workout 2-3 times a week is this ok? what do u recomend?
I was just wondering what the best workout out with the fastest results for Chest most importantly, then triceps, and shoulders?

Like any muscle, to build in size, it’s low reps higher weight. 200 slow grind is impressive! (very). But it’s time to add weight. Wearing a weight vest is one way, plank on a chair shifts weight, have your little sister sit on you back — whatever.
Decline dumbbell presses would give more progressive results.
I recommend that u do other activities besides just that push up drill. 200 push ups is too much and if you keep doing it your going to tear a muscle. I suggest doing 100 push up drills 2-3 times a week and pull up or sit up drills 2-3 times a week NOT on the same days as the push up drills, this will keep your entire torso area nice and fit. Also muscle build up is the greatest after you have done a cardio drill like running or biking and then doing a muscle build up drill.
situps, pullups and pushups are the best exercises for chest and you can do that exercises at home.
Stick to multi-joint exercises first – the “power” ones where you can increase the weight you use easiest, eg bench press (chest/front shoulders/triceps) and pressing a weight overhead (shoulders/triceps).
Train every 2 days, alternating the above exercises. If you feel that you need more recovery time, try every 3 days.
Don’t make the mistake that a lot of people do and spend time on “finishing” exercises, eg tricep kickbacks, when you haven’t developed mass first.
